RETURN PROCEDURE

If you received a damage or defective product please email info@ggqualitycase.com to obtain return authorization from us. Please be prepared to send us photos of the damaged goods. Once authorization has been obtained, proceed to box up your merchandise in its original packaging with the returns sheet enclosed and the shipping label attached, and send it back to us.

Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. We are a small operation and all of our cases are hand made to order. Please be patient as we do our best to process your request in a timely fashion.
