RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items sold on the G & G Quality Case Online Store due to the customization of each product, unless product is damaged or defective.

All returns for damaged or defective products must have prior authorization before shipping items back.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility; unless the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. you received a wrong, defective or damaged product, in which case, we will send you a Return Shipping Label free of charge).

Merchandise must be returned in its original box or packaging.

If for any reason you wish to return an item and need to obtain a Return Authorization (RA), please e-mail us at info@ggqualitycase.com . Please be prepared to supply your order number as well as the name and credit card used in the transaction.
